Dear (sir,madam),sorry to say that the virus i.e. rootkit is still present in my pc. I have run the Rootkit Removal tool but of no use. plz tell me what to do.

Somewhere on net I found advice that this tool can help me to remove error \"80072efe\" from my computer, so I will be in position to update my Vista....But, it failed. Means - this rootkit removal found nothing wrong on my discs, but I still cann`t update.

ytdss tool showed no problems...my computer has a redirect virus ...it is a form of 2search..but different ..the number 2 looks hand written the search bar shows ..2\\\\submitt & go..any ideas ??

The removal tool appeared to work very well. The warning messages that previously appeared from my anti-virus software have since disappeared.
